Abstract

Teacher training plays a crucial role in the development and progress of countries. However, in countries affected by armed conflict or in the process of development, access to education and the quality of teaching are often compromised. This article explores the potential of micro-credentials in the continuous professional development of teachers, focusing on developing countries such as Albania and Montenegro, and conflict-affected contexts like Ukraine. The aim is to frame and present the ongoing work within the international CRED4TEACH project, highlighting the results achieved and the opportunities they represent for promoting the continuous professional development of teacher and mitigating the challenges faced by teachers in these countries.
